Mapping the American Selfie

Glamour wanted to uncover the changing the changing face of the American Woman. They asked their 10 million readers to share their favorite selfies, and teamed up with Covergirl Cosmetics to feature profiles of women from Portland Oregon to Portland Maine - and everywhere in between.

DOMANI launched Glamour and Covergirl’s #UnitedSelfiesOfAmerica campaign. The website pulled in the submitted selfies, and plotted them on a map of the country, based on geographical location. We plotted Covergirl products in certain cities and towns, based on their popularity, giving visitors tips on how to take their selfie to the next level.  A ticker highlighted the selfie of the day, and rewarded the winner with a kit that helped them achieve the ultimate selfie.

The campaign let women across the country express themselves, rewarding them along the way helping Glamor and Covergirl reach a new generation, and celebrate what makes them so beautiful.
